By placing an order with Anime Jay’s Kollectables, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Order Inquiry Window (5 Days)

All order-related inquiries (including damage, defects, or incorrect items) must be submitted within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item(s) as delivered, and the order will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

All Sales Final Policy

All sales are considered final unless the item:

Arrives damaged,
Is defective, or
Is incorrect (wrong item sent)

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, condition preferences, or minor box imperfections (see Collector Disclaimer below).

Collector Condition Disclaimer

Anime Jay’s Kollectables specializes in collectible items, including Funko Pops.

Packaging condition is not guaranteed to be mint unless explicitly stated.
Minor imperfections such as:

Small creases
Corner dings
Window scuffs
Shelf wear

are considered normal and acceptable and do not qualify as damage or defects.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this condition standard.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours are not guaranteed and are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To qualify for a claim:

You must contact us within the 5-day window
Provide:

Clear photos of the shipping box
Clear photos of the item(s) and damage

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim denial.

Resolution Process

If a claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Exchange (if item is in stock)
Store credit (gift card) if item is out of stock

Important Conditions:

We do not guarantee refunds for damaged items
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns (Approved Cases Only)

Returns are only accepted if pre-approved in writing.

Customer assumes all risk and cost of return shipping
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Returns must include:

All original packaging
All included items

Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or without approval will be rejected without refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Clearance or sale items
Signed Funko Pops
Mystery boxes / bundles
Personalized or custom items
Gift cards
Items reported after the 5-day window

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Anime Jay’s Kollectables directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

Permanent account restriction or ban
Submission of all order documentation (including delivery confirmation and policy agreement) to the payment processor to dispute the claim

We actively contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
Claims related to shipping damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
